PCP: Porous Coordination Polymer MOF: Metal-Organic Framework
This is the world-renowned material that won the 2025 Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
PCP/MOF stands for "Porous Coordination Polymer / Metal-Organic Framework,"
a structure with countless pores formed by metal ions and organic ligands interlocking like a jungle gym.
PCP/MOF represents a breakthrough in materials science as a new type of porous material. Its pore size and properties can be designed based on the type of ligands used, and it can also utilize the functions of metal ions.
Its excellent adsorption capacity, leveraging its porosity, allows it to capture many times more molecules than activated carbon.

The b.cave® series features applied products utilizing PCP/MOF.
PCP/MOF is a novel nanoporous material with high adsorption and catalytic properties,
but its ultra-fine powder form poses challenges for practical application.
Therefore, our company has established a technology that enables PCP/MOF to be processed into various forms such as pellets, sheets, and coatings without compromising its performance.
This expands the application range of PCP/MOF products, enabling their use in more fields.
With its remarkable instantaneous adsorption capability, b.cave® will contribute to society as a product that solves various challenges such as odors and harmful gases.

Surface-point-bonded granules
ZR Series
- Due to its particulate nature, it has a large specific surface area and high processing efficiency.
- The size of the supported material can be adjusted. (e.g., activated carbon 4 mm, etc.)
- The optimal particle size can be selected according to the application, making it suitable for use in a wide range of fields.
- <Application Examples>
- Car cabin filters, deodorizers, deodorization plants, etc. (all as fillers for pleated filters)
- <Properties>
- Hardness: 90% or higher Particle size: 30–60 mesh Bulk density: 0.35–0.55 g/L
Extruded products
OS Series
- By creating hollow or porous structures, it is possible to enhance gas adsorption capacity.
- The amount of PCP/MOF can be controlled, thereby optimizing deodorizing performance.
- Durable deodorizing effects can be expected.
- It can also be combined with other deodorizing ingredients, enabling it to address various gases.

- Filling honeycomb filters, filling deodorizers, and stand-alone deodorizers (used as-is)
- <Properties>
- Hardness: 90% or higher Particle size: 5–10 mesh Bulk density: 0.35–0.55 g/L
Tablet-molded products
DJ Series
- High-density formulations are possible, enabling the expression of extremely high durability.
- High-performance products with high PCP/MOF content can be easily manufactured.
- Components other than PCP/MOF can also be incorporated, enabling the addition of further functionalities.

- Filling for deodorizers, tabletop deodorizers, home appliance applications, etc.

S Series
- Products impregnated with PCP/MOF in nonwoven fabric, with adjustable coating amounts.
